Jaysa Toet, BComm (Hons), CPHR

Professional Background

Jaysa is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and talent acquisition leader. Her successful consulting background includes over ten years of experience leading search processes, executive search, and building a recruitment division from the ground up. She is a former Partner for a boutique firm called Acuity HR Solutions.

As a CPHR, she has designed and implemented HR initiatives for companies across Manitoba. Jaysa has always viewed HR from a strategic lens. She is a proud graduate of the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba (Bachelor of Commerce Honours in HR & Marketing). In 2016 Jaysa was awarded the Rising Star Award by CPHR Manitoba for her work in recruitment.

Family & Community
Jaysa is fiercely family focused. She is blessed to have the support of her loving husband, two little ones (and their dog Nova).

She has also dedicated her efforts to numerous Winnipeg organizations including Chair of the Board for Youth Employment Services Manitoba and committee work with the Manitoba Association for Career Development and the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce (Small Business Advisory Council).
